MOC No Objection Letter (Clearance) all dues are cleared with MOC by the customer

Owner name and a copy of his/her civil ID of the telephone number for which the ADSL service will be installed on

Promissory note for the modem if applicable (in case of leased modems)

Phone owner consent form if applicable e.g. Authorization form to install ADSL

Jumper removal form if applicable (if the customer is an existing subscriber for another ISP)

After completing the contract and all the necessary documents you should deliver the application to any of our booths, or you can send it by fax to: 22441696

Sales department will receive the application and start processing the procedures. They will then call you to check and assess your requirements.

Within a few days the service will be ready and you will receive your equipment.
